Description

This position performs FSQR activities and operate NIR instrument and during the shift time.

Ensure all quality of product (raw materials and finished goods) are meet specification, ensure the food safety implementation runs well in every process.

Food Safety Quality 

1.       Ensure all incoming raw material meet our specification, control raw material in warehouse (do inspection routinely). Analyze physical, nutrient content and quality of raw materials

2.       Ensure finished Product of Extruded and Pelleted meet our specification, monitoring production process; monitoring warehouse by implemented SOP related.

3.       Ensure effectiveness of food safety program in raw material and finish good warehouse, which included but not limited to  personnel hygiene, housekeeping, product identification and pest control.

4.       Involved in trial product if any

5.       Involved in Continuous improvement and root cause analysis/RCA if any results out of specification.

Quality Improvement Activities

1.       Attends weekly FSQR meeting to review activities and to develop strategies for achieve FSQR objective and participates in developing creative solutions to existing problems.

2.       Writes and delivers presentations in order to share information of Quality issue with FSQR staff and Managers.

Operating NIR instrument

1.       Provide results Raw materials and Finish product

2.       Coordinate with NIRSM(main operator to maximize NIR performance

3.       Back up of Reporting/Monitoring NIR (NIR monthly report, NIR audit; NIR OOS report); and involved to seek the RCA if any trouble

4.       Maintenance/troubleshooting of NIR instrument : implement CAN BMPs (training) in a daily activities

Regulatory- Registration 

1.       Involved to provide samples that meet specifications for registrations.

2.       Involved to providing documents required for Food Safety Audit internal and External

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

1.       Bachelor in Aquaculture, Veterinary, animal feed or related area in Life Sciences

2.       Experience in feed mill or fresh graduate

3.       Experience or have knowledge of ISO 22000 or Food safety management system & BAP

4.       Independent personality and good leadership skills

5.       High sense of responsibility (timely and careful work)

6.       High proficiency with MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc)

7.       Effective communication skills and English fluency

8.       Able to work under time pressure and multitasking

Preferred Qualifications

1.       Some analytical and data handling experience will be a plus.

2.       Experience supervising or lead the project/organizations.

3.       Ready working with shift time and or work outside the normal hours if company required

4.       6 days working

5.       Have driving license (sim A) and ability to drive safely

6.       Core Competencies: Fisheries science and have knowledge on fish & shrimp culture and raw materials

7.       Easy learning 

8.       Easy adaptation and could build team relationships with other department/people 

9.     Knowledge on ISO 22000 & BAP
