Dibuka lowongan kerja perikanan pada posisi Warehouse Administrator di PT Grobest Indomakmur yang akan ditempatkan di Sumbawa Besar, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Grobest adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufacture Pakan Udang dan Ikan . Berikut merupakan deskripsi lowongan kerja perikanan pada perusahaan tersebut:

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive finish goods at storage locations to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize product return between internal warehouse and customer warehouse.

- Ensure that inventory stock and safety stock values are accurate and systematically identify obsolete, potential consignment and overstock items.

- Schedule relevant inspection of goods to ensure compliance to technical specification and quality.

- Work under direct supervision and handle basic issues and problems, while referring more complex issues to your direct reports

- Arrange purchase order to main warehouse and sale out to customers

- Initiate , request and control delivery shipment/trucking inter-intra warehouse and sale out to customers.

- Responsible for administration things related customers and warehouse such as send invoices to the customer's address

- Daily, weekly, and monthy report for sales and physical stock finish goods

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and other minimum qualifications may apply

- Minimum 2 years or more of hands on experience in area: supply planner, warehouse, inventory control and logistics

- Experience working in FMCG/Animal Nutrition/Animal Health or other similar manufacturing environment would be strongly preferred.

- Proficiency with computer programs, as like for SAP and Microsoft Office (especially excel).

- Problem solver and action oriented.

- Having good understanding for warehouse management, inventory control or logistics

- Willing to be based in Sumbawa, NTB
