You’re daily routine will be :

- Monitoring Merchant GMV and GPM% through Merchant Activeness and Merchant Healthiness align with Merchant GMV and GPM% objectives.

- Liaise with team Sales in monitoring Merchant expansion plan to others Point in order to fulfill the number of acquisitions, Merchant GMV and GPM%.

- Liaise with team Sales and team Ops in providing Buying Pricing, Selling Price and GPM% for each SKU in each Merchant.

- Creating and perfecting each gameplay in Merchant and Category related with Merchant Pakan, Merchant Benih, Pricing and GPM% and others.

- Creating some activities, category management and or trade programs in Merchant in order to increase business performance.

- Acquire Merchant Benih as per target set, focusing on number of acquisition, Benih GMV and Benih GPM%.

- Responsible for designing, providing and maintaining any database related Merchant Pakan and Merchant Benih performance.

- Conduct field visits to ensure business runs well and to build good relations with Merchant and other partners.

You will enjoy the job if you:

- Strong experiences in managerial level in Business Development, Category and Pricing Management and or Acquisition & Retention Manager for at least 3 years.

- Having experience in designing, providing, executing and evaluating business gameplay, especially related with Wholesales/Agent/Sub-Agent in fishery, consumer goods or cigarette industries.

- Good communication and negotiation skills and have a good track in acquiring and retaining key Merchant/Pareto/Short Tail Customers.

- Enjoy to work with big data and being able to translate raw data to be consum-able report or tracker.

- Having experience and comfort to work in a small-medium team and able to work under a challenging timeline.
