Your daily routines will be:

- Contribute to yearly project ; create credit scoring models to predict risks with several stakeholders (product, engineers, data, quality assurance, risk, etc.

- Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses

- Ensure all lending procedures (Kabayan product) comply with regulations

- Develop, review and update our Kabayan policies

- Integrates in-depth credit operations knowledge with a solid knowledge of industry standards and practices.

- Uses judgment to complete more complex credit approval with direct business impact.

- Oversees the credit application process to include credit verification and assesses credit limits.

- Performs analysis of credit reports, financials, etc. to provide the status on credit and operating statements.

You will enjoy the job if you:

- Have experience >5 year in credit/loan application process

- At least already has BSMR level-1

- Have personal values and interest for building social impact for Farmers

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong can-do attitude

- Proven track records of field based growth hacks

- Have a strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify root cause 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willing to travel across Indonesia
