Job Description :

Your daily routine will be:

- Implementing a sales management process to assist area field sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects while leading regular area meeting with hub coordinator (sales performance review).

- Leading and managing field sales team to maximize their performance, including sales team productivity and being the main point of contact with partners, suppliers, and distributors in the region.

- Monitoring the performance of sales team while motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets and collecting customer feedback also providing updates to Regional Sales Manager.

- Owning and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts while managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

- Traveling (field visit) to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness while developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements :

You'll enjoy (or survive, depends on the case) if you:

- Are capable to motivate others on a team and help them succeed, multitasking and have an outstanding ability to tend to multiple problems at a time.

- Are capable to travel and working remotely while supervising area while establish priorities, manage deadlines, and network building.

- Are proven experienced as area manager, sales manager, region manager or similar managerial role with strong knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.

- Have a strong understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success and working knowledge of IoT and fisheries working field.

- Have an excellent organizational skills and an ability to create easily-followed guidelines for others and distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
