About the job

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

- Plan strategically to assure project successDevelop DELOS plan and budget, and deploy pipeline of shrimp farms that suit DELOS strategy

- Work with internal and external stakeholders, such as C levels, marketing, product and other business partners in managing and optimizing our portfolio of shrimp farms and DELOS ecosystem

- Responsible in managing high level stakeholders, e.g partners' decision makers

- Structuring commercial agreements with partners, leading contract negotiations and closing of business deals, pricing strategies and quoting activities in line with profit between growth goals and client needs

- Establish and deepening our position in the shrimp aquaculture ecosystem and liaise with the relevant stakeholders in capturing business opportunities and addressing business challenges

- Overseeing the coordination of aquaculture market intelligence and marketing analysis of industry trends, competitors and etc

Qualifications

- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum of 5 years working experience and track record in senior management level and having experience in leading a highly performing team

- Accustomed to making data based decisions, and taking calculated risks

- Strong oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Having experience working in multi-country and multi-functional environment (product, marketing, engineering, data, design) is a plus

- Background in aquaculture with outstanding achievement in securing new projects will be a plus point

- Ability to speak in Chinese will be a plus point
