Job Description

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy to get the best performance marketing

- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

- Prepare and present reports regularly

- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Meeting with team to ideate and define advertising requirements

- Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic

- Monitoring SEM analytics such as redirects, click rates, and customer acquisition rates

- Managing and adjusting PPC budgets to ensure maximum ROI for paid adverts

- Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.

- 2 years of experience in related fields (Search Engine, Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, and Business Development)

- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, semrush, brandwatch, etc)

- Proficiency with analytics and PPC platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager.

- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Exeptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
