Position Description:

Effective planning, execution and evaluation of Aquaculture consultation for key customers to help them achieving sustained profitability

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

- TC to partner with sales & marketing in selecting key customers for farm consultation before planning and execution

- TC to plan and execute aquaculture project and farm consultation to meet or exceed the planned metrics – quantity and quality.

- TC to be the subject matters expert in aquaculture through self-study, group discussion, internal and external training, external animal health independent meeting, etc.

- TC to partner with sales and marketing to ensure Elanco and its Distributors Sales Force are properly train and have sufficient aqua health, disease and management knowledge and skill in order for them to add value when they engage their customers during the field visit.

- TC to partner with marketing in providing supporting technical evidence which is of high quality – objective, credible & balance to support the promotional materials.

- TC to partner with Sales & Marketing to speak or moderate technical programs in order to share his/her expertise in aquaculture with external customers in an objective, balance and credible manners.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinarian/Fisheries Science or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales/marketing/technical in the animal health industry, most preferred in aquaculture market

- Consultative Selling & Strategic Account Management Skill

- Leadership & Communication Skill

- Analytic & Problem-Solving Skill

- Aquaculture Health Technical Knowledge

- Business Travel Domestic and International Trip.

- This is a home based position in East Indonesia.
