We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing businesses. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including day-to-day operations, strategic planning, financial management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
2. Manage and grow the company's financial performance.
3. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
4. Ensure that the company's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
5. Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and the media.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in a general management role.
2. Strong track record of success in managing and growing businesses.
3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with strategic planning, financial management, and customer service.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A background in aquaculture, agriculture, or animal health and nutrition is required
2. Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
