Job Description

- Build relationships with key employees among customers

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Create plans to address customers’ needs

- Advise clients on creating profitable processes

- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs

Qualifications

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries/Marine

- Preferably having 2 Years of relevant working Experience, especially in Shrimp Aquaculture Industry

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Passionate in Technology, especially in IoT (Internet of Things) and Digital Platform

- Willing to be relocated across Indonesia
