Job Description

Key Account Manager of Aquaculture products is responsible to obtain and maintain long term key customers to ensure that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets for assigned key customers of Aquaculture products are achieved and give contribution to Aquaculture products business growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

- Identify needs and requirements of The key customers to promote Aquaculture products solutions

- Identify and evaluate any business opportunities by monitor and analyze best practice and trends that can keep key customers satisfied and loyal

- Develop solid & trusted relationship between company and key customers of Aquaculture products

- Act as the main point of contact between company and Key Customers of Aquaculture Products to obtain back of Key Customer of Aquaculture Products satisfaction, resolve any issues and complaints, & identify improvement area and provide solution development for identified improvement area

- Maintain relevant information and data related to Key Customers of Aquaculture Products

- Prepare, compile and present reports about key account performance, target achievement, and pricing documentation to be analyze by senior management to support decision making and strategy formulation

- Play part in strategic sales planning and implementation of sales strategies which can provide satisfaction to Key Account Customers

- Collaborate with internal team in order to achieve objective of Key Account performance and meet Key Account expectations

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Fisheries, Biology, Economics, or any relevant major

- Minimum 5 years in-job related working experiences related to key account management

- Have excellence analytical thinking skills

- Have excellence experience and knowledge about Aquaculture products and process

- Have excellence sales experiences of Aquaculture Products

- Have excellence skill and experiences managing multiple clients

- Proficient using Microsoft Excel Program, CRM program, or any related program

- Have excellence communication skills both in English & Bahasa (Written & Spoken)
