Function, Duties, Task:

- Create brand plans and brand strategies for defined portfolio , provide a reference document for budgeting, forecasting, and for strategic and tactical decision, run marketing campaigns

- Identify customer needs and deliver according to them via strategy/activity development and execution.

- Work closely with supply chain in order to ensure forecast and local product supply

- Build technical program, issue sales materials (catalogue, brochure, standee, products presentation) and e-marketing (motional graphic, introduction film, infographic, e-detailer, e-learning, social media…) with compliance manner

- Support and work closely with channel partner and Sales Team including farm visits, technical consultant and able to be trainer, facilitator or speaker at customers and channel staff training, seminars, work shop, or conferences

- Update and analyse relevant information about the market and business environment including market sizes, competitors, and customers - identify new product opportunities and their launch

Minimum Requirements:

- Graduated from Aquaculture Sciences background or equivalent

- 3-5 years of marketing and technical experience in Animal Health company Fluent in English

- Competency in MS Office (excel, power point and word)

- Willing to travel inside / outside Indonesia

- Have strong service orientation, collaboration and excellent interpersonal/communication skills with reliable follow-through

- Core competencies: Customer focus, strategic mindset, collaborates with other departments, Manages Complexity, Plans and aligns

- This is a home based position in Jakarta Indonesia.
