The Role: 

- As a regulatory affairs executive you'll be the crucial link between TeOra’s team, its products and regulatory authorities. You'll combine your knowledge of scientific, legal and business issues to ensure products, which are developed, manufactured or distributed by TeOra, meet the required legislation

- We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, self-starter who can execute tasks with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the task of getting regulatory permissions from relevant government authorities for commercialisation of TeOra's products.

- Ensure TeOra’s products are complying with the regulations of Indonesia

- Keep up to date with national and international legislations, guidelines and market developments

- Prepare and submit applications, follow up with regulators and meet strict deadlines

- Liaise with, and make presentations to regulatory authorities and scientific committees

- Develop and write clear arguments and explanations for new product licenses and license renewals

- Negotiate with regulatory authorities for marketing authorisation

- Collect, collate and evaluate scientific data from a range of sources

- Plan and conduct product trials with private or public institutions and interpret trial data

- Closely work with product development team, provide strategic advice to team members on regulatory requirements

- Take part in development of marketing concepts and approve packaging and advertising before a product's release.

Preferred skills and experience:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life science, agriculture, biotechnology or business management field.

- Understanding of both legal and scientific matters

- At least 2 years of experience in liasoning with government officials and academic institutions is a must

- The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to assimilate and evaluate scientific data

- Attention to detail

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

- A team player and the ability to lead and motivate others

- Project-management skills

- Integrity and a professional approach to work

- Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills in English and Bhasa
